Order Acceptance

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Kwemara Publications reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Kwemara Publications shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Kwemara Publications shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Customs and Import Duties

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as Kwemara Publications have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Compliance with all import laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods is your responsibility.

Returned (“bounced”) Cheques

Kwemara Publications will charge a £15.00 fee for any returned (“bounced”) cheques. Any fees, legal or non-legal incurred in the collection process will be charged to the party responsible. The policy extends to credit card fraud also.
